Wow, globalization's real, isn't it?
I can't believe I get to eat Sanuki Udon in Korea!
Sanuki Udon is rare even in Japan, and it was such a nice surprise to see it while walking somewhere...
Just to let you know, this is what sanuki udon looks like...
They had different kinds of two main things: Udon and Fries.
It did have a Japanese feeling in the restaurant.
The tables had simple, clean looks, and their kitchen was just as clean and organized.
You can see in the picture on the right how clean their oil is. High maintenance!
These are their fries.
They were typical Japanese fries with shrimps and vegetables like sweet potatoes and pumpkins.
The picture on the left is a rice cake that comes out as a service with a small dish of salad for each person.
The picture on the right is THE sanuki udon!!
NOW, we're ready to slowly inhale this delicious food....
Jealous? Want a bite?
I wouldn't tell you guys to fly all the way to Japan or Korea for this bowl of udon,
but if you pass by any sanuki udon specialty restaurant,
just.... just go in and find out another pleasure of life :)
